To make the most of absentify, it’s important to understand which role you have within the application. You can easily identify your role by checking your profile after logging in. Here’s a quick guide based on the environment you're using:

### In the Teams or Outlook app

1. **Sign in to absentify.**\
   Once signed in, navigate to the **settings button (gear icon)**. Your role will be displayed in the dropdown menu.

### In the web app (app.absentify.com)

1. **Sign in to absentify.**\
   After signing in, navigate to your **profile photo** in the top right corner. Your role will be displayed in the dropdown menu.

<Note>
  If you have further questions about your role or access level, please contact your HR administrator.
