# Roadmap and planned features

> Explore the absentify public roadmap, submit feature suggestions, upvote proposals, and stay informed about upcoming releases and planned improvements.

## Overview

The **public roadmap** of absentify allows customers to actively participate in the further development of the platform. You can submit new **feature suggestions**, **support** existing proposals with upvotes, and receive **notifications** about developments.

## How does the roadmap work?

Our roadmap is based on a **community-driven approach**, meaning:

1. **Submit your own ideas**\
You can submit new suggestions for features or improvements directly in the roadmap portal.

2. **Vote and prioritize**\
You can support each submitted idea with an **upvote**. The more upvotes an idea has, the higher the chance it will be implemented.

3. **Status updates and notifications**\
Once an idea has received enough support and is taken into development, all subscribers receive an **email notification**. Another notification is sent when the new feature is released.

4. **Feedback and discussions**\
You can **leave comments** on existing proposals, share your opinions, and discuss them with other users.

**Tip:** Support ideas that are important to you to increase their priority. The more votes an idea has, the sooner it will be added to the roadmap!
