  • Outlook-synced calendar entries, whether they are automatically synchronized or added via iCal integration
  • Out-of-office messages configured through absentify
• Branded notification emails — Organization notification emails sent via user notification settings display your uploaded company logo (light and dark variants) and custom theme color, reinforcing your brand in every absence-related communication.

Edit workspace branding

With an upgrade to the Plus plan, admins can customize your workspace to reflect your company’s look and feel:

• Upload your company logo for both light and dark mode themes to ensure visual consistency. You can upload a landscape or square version of your logo:
  • Landscape logo: recommended size 400 × 80 px
  • Square logo: recommended size 256 × 256 px
  • Accepted file formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, SVG, WEBP
• Select whether to display the logo and company name, or the logo only.
• Upload a custom company favicon to personalize your browser tab. Recommended size: 96 × 96 px (same accepted formats as above).
• Customize the theme color of the app using a color picker or by entering your company’s own HEX code.

This allows your workspace to reflect your corporate design — whether it’s just the right shade of blue or a fully white-labeled experience.

Customize welcome emails

As part of the Plus plan, you can customize the welcome emails sent to newly invited team members. This creates a personalized onboarding experience that reflects your company’s tone, culture, and branding. This customization feature is accessible under Settings → Organisation → Branding via the Customize Welcome Email button. The following can be customized:

• Subject line for each supported language
• Email content using a rich text editor with:
  • Headings, font size, and font family
  • Bold, italic, underline, and strikethrough
  • Text color and background highlight
  • Text alignment (left, center, right)
  • Bullet and numbered lists
  • Inline link editing
• Language-specific templates for: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Ukrainian, Hungarian, Polish
• Live preview of the final email including:
  • Your company logo (if uploaded in branding settings)
  • Placeholder variables with example data

Available template variables

Use these variables to automatically personalize each email:

• {{name}} — The invited person’s name
• {{invitor}} — Name of the person who sent the invitation
• {{employee_email}} — The invited person’s email
• {{link}} — Direct login link to absentify

These variables are dynamically replaced with real data when the email is sent.

Managing your templates

• Select Save All Languages to save your changes across all language tabs
• Use Reset to default to revert the template for the current language
• Existing templates appear when you reopen the editor
• absentify applies changes automatically to future invitations
